All your support requests will be attended to within maximum 1 hour after the support ticket or e–mail was submitted. If your issue requires further assistance from a system administrator, we’ll forward the ticket or the e–mail to the person in charge, without delay and we will leave a note to let you know that more time will be needed for discovering the optimal solution. Furthermore if you order the Optional Admin Services package, all of the server management tasks included there will be completed whenever you like.

We will be at your disposal 24x7x365 to answer any inquiries that you may have pertaining to our Web Control Panel or any of the apps that we have installed on your behalf on the server. If you also need help with server management procedures, you can have a glance at our Optional Admin Services package, which includes backup space, weekly Operating System updates, server monitoring and restarting services, as well as troubleshooting and installation procedures

We have equipped our Web Control Panel with a circumstantial knowledge base, which includes detailed explanations of all its features and functions. Furthermore, we have filmed in–depth video tutorials that will further instruct you how to perform a given action or solve a common problem. The instructional articles and the video tutorials are readily accessible from every section of the Web Control Panel through the Videos and Help buttons in the top right corner.
