Catch-all Emails in Cloud Website Hosting
Configuring a catch-all e-mailbox will be quite easy in case you’ve got a Linux cloud website hosting service with our company. You can enable this option through our powerful, albeit user-friendly Email Manager tool, which is built into the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll manage the shared web hosting account itself. You’ll find all the mailboxes that you have created listed alphabetically and to the right of each one of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly notify you if a specific mailbox stores all the messages pertaining to a certain domain or not. With a single click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you wish. If there is active email forwarding or if another mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a certain domain name, you’ll get a warning notification from our system. The latter won’t deactivate/replace anything automatically or without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated with ease if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you have set up with the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll notice a mini icon handily located right next to each one of them. With only one mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with this option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate this option using the menu that will come into sight. If any of the conditions for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will inform you, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
