Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are very busy working on your sites or developing your applications, you hardly ever have the time to keep an eye on what’s happening with your server – if it is under stress or whether all the processes are running the way they should. With our Optional Admin Services package, we’ll do that instead of you. Your virtual server will be added to our custom–developed monitoring software system and anytime there’s a sign of a problem, our server admins will be informed right away.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server is not the easiest assignment on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your personal computer, or utilize a 3rd–party software. We offer a much easier solution with our Optional Admin Services package. We will make a complete backup of your server on a weekly basis, so you never need to be scared of losing important data. Plus, we can always retrieve a backup really fast. All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & set up certain software programs on it. And if this may seem like something way too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, is the ideal solution for you. With it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our skilled sysadmins who will install any software application or take care of any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an additional feature.
